Panneer commands over 24 years of experience in engineering & construction management, operational & market leadership, and sales & business development. His industry knowledge and expertise covers a broad footprint including Power, Water, Civil, Telecommunications, Transit, Govt Facilities, and various Industrial Sectors including CPG, Chemical & Energy.

Panneer has worked in various global organizations and markets and provided services to both public and private sector clients globally and locally in Florida including SFWMD, FEC, FL Fish & Wildlife, FPL, Duke, ACOE, AT&T, SFRTA and various FL municipalities. He served with the Singapore Armed Forces prior to his career in engineering and construction. Later, he worked with leading companies like URS, AECOM, and L&T to name the last few.

His core competencies include strategic planning, conceptualization, vision development, management of complex programs, principal technical leadership, process development and management, program and project management, construction management, etc. He has served as the executive director of numerous projects like pump stations, ecosystem restoration, water resources, water & wastewater treatment, power generation and distribution, renewable and O&G, mass transit facilities, industrial and commercial facilities,schools and correctional institutions, telecommunications infrastructure, municipal utility networks, etc. He is licensed in the State of Florida and is a Fellow with the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Panneer has his Masters in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration both from Florida Atlantic University.
